January 2011 Floods

St. Ives was seriously affected by the devastating floods of January 2011. All shops including Woolworths were flooded to roof level. In the following 3 months, and with the assistance of our team of highly qualified tradesman, we were able to repair and renovate the damage swiftly and were the 1st of the 4 major shopping centres across Brisbane affected by these floods to re-open.

We estimate over $10 million was spent on the centre in the process including property owner works, complete refit of Woolworths and re-fit of 50+ specialty shops.
